Taging Library Cataloging System

The Mount Prospect Public Library has started to implement a new online cataloging system that allow readers and patrons to tag their books with terms that they think would be helpful or useful for other users.
But unfortunately some of the users are using this as a stage for their political banters.
Like what happened to Ann Coulter's "Godless: The Church of Liberalism" and "If Democrats Had Any Brains, They'd Be Republicans" which was tagged as hate speech.
