The book entitled, "Everything You Know About CSS Is Wrong!" received a lot reaction specially between table tags and div tags.
Some comments says that using both tags produces same results but Andrew Tetlaw, co-writer at sitepoint.com, said that using nested tables for layout will be difficult to print, view on a mobile device, and difficult to navigate for screen reader users. More details on the link below.
