Tag cloud, also known as word cloud, weighted list in visual design, is a visual presentation of user defined tags. Typically used to describe the content of sites with a certain arrangement.
The first high profile website to use this tag clouds was in Flickr, a photo sharing site. These clouds have also been popularized by Del.icio.us and Technorati.
